Welcome to the "Sharks in the Water" weblog of the WLF | The Williams Lindberg Firm, PC website.

Quote of the Day
He is a benefactor of mankind who contracts the great rules of life into short sentences, that may be easily impressed on the memory, and so recur habitually to the mind.
- Samuel Johnson
Local Bloggger passed over for Supreme Court Nod

I started blogging about eight months ago. Before I tried my hand, I checked out several sites around the blogosphere. Some were famous, some--well, a little weird, to say the least. There’s probably a blog that appeals to any taste. (I’m not going to look too hard to confirm that!)

If you have a taste for the law, then be sure to check out So Cal Law Blog. It’s one of the first ones I ever came across and its great look and fast-paced entries inspired me to give blogging a try, too. Impressive, with lots of posts on wide-ranging topics. Written by a consummate lawyer, it’s worth a daily read.

It looks like So Cal Law will be with us for a while. Apparently, yet again, he was ignored for the Supreme Court. Better luck next time!
